Fitness lessons are an important part of the school curriculum, through which the child learns to control and coordinate between the different parts of the body. The children participate in a number of group and individual sports activities. We also have a children's play area to help them strengthen these skills. This course will revolve around activities such as basic movement skills, games and sports. These activities will give strength and fitness early in their lives. It will also be linked objectively to teaching the student healthy ways to take care of the body and provide it with the right food and maintain it, and of course the child must wear the full sports dress on the specified days.
